This page explains how to download a copy of your Birds Eye Brew account data or permanently delete your account. These options are available to signed-in users in the app and on the web.
Download your data
- Sign in at birdseyebrew.com/account or open the Birds Eye Brew mobile app.
- On the web, go to Settings → Data & privacy → Download my data.
- In the mobile app, go to Account → Edit account → Download my data.
Your export is a JSON file that includes your profile (name, email, phone), wallet balance, per-merchant point balances, and up to 500 recent loyalty transactions visible in your history.
Delete your account
Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your rewards balance and transaction history, and this cannot be undone.
- Sign in at birdseyebrew.com/account or open the Birds Eye Brew mobile app.
- On the web, open Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account, or use Delete account on your Account page after signing in.
- In the mobile app, go to Account → Edit account → scroll down → Delete account.
- Enter your account password to confirm deletion.
What we delete
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your profile and login credentials (name, email, phone, password)
- Active login sessions
- Your wallet balance and per-merchant point balances
- Your loyalty transaction history associated with your account
- Merchant–customer links tied to your user ID
- Password-reset, email-verification, and related account tokens
What we may keep
We may retain limited information where required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax or accounting obligations, or other legal requirements. Any retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial or compliance records where applicable). Routine server backups that may temporarily contain deleted data are purged on a rolling basis, generally within 30 days.
Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

If you cannot access your account, email support@birdseyebrew.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Account deletion request" or "Data export request." We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
